7 Tips to a stretch mark free pregnancy

I’ve had so many people complementing how healthy my skin looked during my pregnancy, and I’m so thankful that I didn’t have any stretch marks during pregnancy and after dilevery.

So keep reading to find out my 7 tips to a stretch marks free body.

      • Drink lot of water

        it’s recommended that you drink up to 3 liters of water per day, in order for your good skin elasticity. And it just make your skiing gorgeous because it makes it easier for your body to flush out toxins

      • eat omega rich fish

        (salmon, tuna, sardines…) during my whole pregnancy I’ve had grilled salmon at least once a week.

      • Take zinc

        I took 50 mg per day in the last 3 months of my pregnancy.

      • Use palmers stretch marks cream

        I had used it throughout my whole pregnancy. Lot of people said that it didn’t work for them, and I don’t know if this cream worked for me, but it’s one of the stuff I been using.

      • Use rose water

        I love my spray bottle of Rose Water 100% Organic Natural Moroccan Rosewater that I got from morocco, I spray it few times per day on my face and belly and it’s been always my number one go to for a beautiful glow.

      • use Bio Oil

        I’ve heard lot of positive reviews about this oil, I used it during the last month of my pregnancy and still using it until today around my belly button area to lighten it up.

    • use vaseline

      everyday after shower while your body still wet, apply Vaseline all over your body, trust Vaseline does magic!
